Capacity Building:

Capacity building is the process by which individuals and organizations obtain, improve, and retain the skills, tools, equipment and other resources needed to a greater capacity. It can also be described as the strategies that an organization takes to ensure that it has the resources needed to succeed. These actions can include: resource development, financial management, organizational learning, leadership development and other activities.

Content engineering:

Content engineering is the practice of organizing the shape, structure, and application of content. Creating and delivering engaging content experiences to customers across multiple channels challenges even the largest organizations. Content engineering tends to bridge the gap between groups involved in the production of content and more technologically oriented departments, and requires an understanding of the processes of both sides.

Simulator:

Simulation based eLearning solutions are being created to provide learners a chance to explore and practice on newer software or other applications before actually working on them. More and more forward thinking companies are turning to simulation-based learning to get a better trained staff, in a shorter time, and to save costs. Simulator and simulation-based training also deliver continuity.

Information services:

Information services can be considered as agency or department responsible for providing processed or published information on specific topics to an organization’s internal users, its customers, or the general public. ‘Information Services’ are sometimes considered by the journal to comprise both the entities and the functions with which they are involved. These subjects are therefore considered as distinct from information uses which are concerned with service applications.

Documentaries:

Documentaries and films can bring the world to students in very real ways. Even when excellent course materials are available, the addition of documentaries to teaching brings a number of enhancements. Documentaries are emotionally powerful vehicles that can transport students to other cultures and create an awareness of global issues from the inside out through feeling and empathy.
